Schema has launched a version of its telecommunications resource management software aimed at the 3G market. Known as the UMTS OptiPlanner, Schema claims it will bring maximum usability of installed networks to 3G network operators. Roni Abiri, vp wireless products with Schema, claimed that his company’s tools had increased the optimisation of one network by as much as 60 per cent. The trick is in knowing how changes made in one place will affect the whole network.
