ROSELAND, N.J. -- Schema, a provider of telecom resource
management software and services for wireless networks,
announced closing its third round of financing at $25.8 million
led by new investor BRM Capital. Others in the round included
new investors TL Ventures and EnerTech Capital Partners and
previous investors Walden Israel, The Challenge Fund, Gemini
Israel Fund, Eurofund, and Docor International. The company
said the investment would be used for increased global sales
and marketing and product development. Joining Schema`s
board of directors with this round of financing are Mike Mers, a
managing director at BRM Capital, and William G. Kingsley, a
managing director at EnerTech. Mr. Mers was previously a
senior manager at Intel Capital and Mr. Kingsley was formerly a
vice president at Lucent Technologies and an executive at
Comcast. Schema has raised $37.8 million in three rounds of
financing to date.
