HERZLIA, ISRAIEL - September 18, 2000 - Schema Ltd. today announced the opening of its U.S. offices and named Mr. Andrew Silberstein as president of Schema, Inc. In addition, Mr. Yuval Avni will be relocating to the US to become the Finance and Operation Director at Schema, Inc. Schema will open its U.S. operations in New Jersey in October of this year.

As the new president of Schema, Inc., Mr. Silberstein will be responsible for all aspects of Schema`s Falcom sales, integration and services, as well as day-to-day U.S. operations. Prior to joining Schema, Mr. Silberstein was previously the managing director, Asia-Pacific for Globecomm Systems Inc. (GSI) where he was responsible for strategic marketing and business development, contract negotiations, customer service and program-management activities. Prior to GSI, Mr. Silberstein held management positions at California Microwave`s Satellite Transmission System division in New York and Hong Kong, and worked for the consulting firm, Booz Allen & Hamilton.

As Finance and Operation Director, Mr. Yuval Avni will be responsible for developing finance strategy and managing the operations of the fast growing US office activities. After serving several years in the headquarters of Schema Ltd. in Israel, Mr. Avni will be a valuable asset for the fast growing US organization. Previously, Mr. Avni held various financial and management positions with Comfy Interactive Movies and Kitan Consolidated.
