Professional Services Engineer

We are seeking an engineer who will join the Professional Services group at Schema. This engineer will take part in the implementation of the software and methodology work at Schema with the client, including: installing and running software on-site, working closely with the client`s radio engineers and guidance on Schema`s software products.

Job description
Implementing optimization solutions as part of experiments (trials) or projects, independently at customer sites in Europe and Asia.

  • High cognitive abilities
  • Very high level of English (speaking, reading, writing), other European languages ​​ - an advantage
  • Strong work ethic , diligent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with different types of people, especially an international environment
  • High service orientation - the spearhead of the company, top tier direct contact with customers, managers and engineers

  • Job involves traveling up to 90% of the time

QA Engineer

Job description
Part of the QA team.
Testing the company products (manual and automated testing).
Writes test documents and test plans, and perform them.
Writes and maintains test automation. Publishes test results.
Takes integral part in all the development process.
Communicate with CS and PS to isolate and solve customers’ issues.

Requirements
  • Academic education in Exact Science - mandatory
  • At least 1 year experience in QA position:
    o Design, write and implement test plans
    o Strong experience in QA methodologies, testing tools, bug tracking systems
    o Write, develop andapply automated and manual testing scripts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent English
  • Code writing background – an advantage
  • Mathematical knowledge / background in algorithm – an advantage
  • Experience in cellular network - an advantage
  • Additional skills: Team work, probing skills, analytical ability

Customer Support Engineer

Job description
Customer Support Engineer and Server System support, reporting to Director of Professional Services.

Requirements
  • Providing support to clients and company Engineers in the region EMEA/APAC at work with our products and methodology of optimizing
  • Support includes: malfunctions, defining customer requirements, answering questions and guidance
  • Work with customer support system (ticketing system), management calls and visits while staying committed in response times to the company (SLA)
  • Working with transverse elements in the company: Product Manager, QA department, R&D, a group of technologies, etc.
  • Responsibility for the specification, installation and implementation of systems application server products, on a customer’s network; setting, operation (configuration) and malfunctions
  • Knowledge and experience in IT environment, networks, databases, etc.
  • Position involves travel of 10%-15% of the time
