Provides support for sales processes at European customer sites
Responsibility for RFI, RFQ, RFP’s
Interfaces with a variety of positions within the organization – salespersons, product managers, and system engineers
Up to 60% travel required
Reports to VP of Sales/GM Europe
Requirements:
- Engineering education, background and understanding in cellular technologies (2G, 3G, GSM, UMTS)
- Experience in a similar position – a must
- High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Additional European languages – an advantage
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills in English
- Excellent people skills, ability to apply Matrix Management skills
- Possesses a high work ethic, industrious, hard-working
- Ability to work independently

| | PS Engineer – UMTS
Installation and implementation of Schema software and trials at European customer sites.
Travel requirement = up to 75%
Reports to Director of Professional Services
Requirements:
- Electronic Engineer specializing in planning and optimization of UMTS networks
- Background and understanding of cellular technologies (GSM, UMTS)
- Experience working with Cellular vendors or Operators for the planning and optimization of RAN Networks
- High level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Additional European languages – an advantage
- Quick and independent learner
- High work-ethic, industrious
- Organized, thorough, able to work independently, good people skills, highly motivated to learn and develop
