Tommy Quitt General Manager Tommy Quitt was named General Manager of Schema in January 2012. Prior to joining Schema, Mr. Quitt served as Vice President Asia at TTI Telecom (TEOCO), where he oversaw all sales, delivery, support and customer-facing activities, solidifying a proven track record of serving global Telecoms and building global operations. Tommy brings 19 years of experience in the telecom market, combined with a robust technical background and sound business approach. His career has also spanned executive positions in Account Management, R&D Management and Project Management. Tommy Quitt holds an MBA from Webster University, and a BA in Computer Science and Psychology from Tel Aviv University.



Ehud Riesenberg Chief Technology Officer Mr. Riesenberg joined Schema In 2006, first serving as Technology Director before continuing to his current position as the company’s CTO. Mr. Riesenberg brings comprehensive knowledge of wireless voice and data communications and over 11 years of engineering experience with CDMA, 1x, 1xEvDO, GSM, GPRS, UMTS, and HSPA cellular technologies. He began his professional career as an optimization engineer in Motorola’s Cellular Infrastructure Group (CIG) where he was involved in CDMA network optimization and tool development. Mr. Riesenberg later joined Orange Israel, a GSM/UMTS Operator, as a Senior Engineer and advanced to the role of Optimization Department Manager in charge of Radio Access Network optimization, where he was responsible for meeting system KPIs goals, optimization strategies, purchases and trials and tool development. Mr. Riesenberg has a BSC in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tel-Aviv (Graduated 1999). Mr. Riesenberg has lectured in multiple cellular conventions around the world including conducting in-depth work seminars for various Operators.



Sharon Gedalevich Chief Financial Officer Mr. Gedalevich has amassed over 12 years of extensive experience in a variety of Finance, legal, admin and Senior Management positions within the global Hi-Tech industry. As Chief Financial Officer of Schema, Mr. Gedalevich is responsible for corporate financial reporting and the financial and strategic management for the company. Prior to joining Schema, Mr. Gedalevich served as CFO of Ceedo Technologies and held various finance positions in the Radiancy Group, Medinol and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Gedalevich is a CPA (Isr) and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the College of Management and a Master’s Degree in Law from Bar Ilan University.



Orlando Pulido Vice President Sales Latin America Mr. Pulido is Schema’s Vice-President for Latin America. Withover 30 years experience in the field, he is responsible for Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, and management of Schema’s activities in the entire region. Prior to working at Schema, Mr. Pulido held several executive and technical positions at Land and Wireless operators in Colombia, including Chief of Product Division, Chief of Maintenance Division, and Chief of Regional Engineering Division at Telecom Colombia and Planning and Design Director in Comcel Colombia. Mr. Pulido holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Distrital University of Colombia as well as Specialist in Telecommunication from Politecnica University of Madrid Spain.



Andrew Miceli Vice President, Sales NA & General Manager, Schema INC Andrew Miceli was previously Vice President of Sales for Superconductor Technologies Inc, responsible for selling next generation superconductor based filters and lna’s to wireless operators in North America. Mr. Miceli was responsible for developing a consultative sales approach with various top wireless operators in order to break existing paradigms, enabling mass deployment of the new technology. Prior to that Mr. Miceli held various strategic marketing and sales engineering management positions at Wavetek, which would later become Acterna, focused on test equipment solutions for the wireless industry. Earlier in his career, he worked in service engineering roles with Anritsu. Mr. Miceli served and trained in the United States Army working on air defense radars as well as intelligence gathering electronics. Mr. Miceli has a B.Sc. in Business Management from Letourneau University and is the author of two technical books: The Wireless Technician’s Handbook, First and Second Editions published by Artech House.



Shmulik Nowik Vice President, Research & Development Mr. Nowik has been with Schema since 2003, leading Schema’s Algorithms team between 2005 and 2008. Prior to working at Schema, Mr. Nowik held various R&D management roles, such as Algorithms Team Leader, Software Team Leader, and Product Manager for a number of technology companies last of which was Millimetrix Broadband Networks. Prior to this Mr. Nowik served in the IDF in an R&D unit reaching the rank of Captain. During this time he received twice the “Creative Mind” award from the Chief of the Intelligence Force. Mr. Nowik holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Tel-Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University, within the framework of the IDF “Talpiot” Project.



Amit Samson Vice President, Human Resources Amit Samson was previously VP Human Resources at Gilat Satellite Networks, where he was responsible for employee recruitment, training, events, benefits and compensation, and organizational development. Previous positions held include Recruitment Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Elbit Systems and Occupational Psychologist for the Adam Institute. Mr. Samson holds a bachelor`s degree in psychology and criminology, from Bar-Ilan University, as well as a master`s degree in counseling and occupational psychology from Tel Aviv University.
