 |  | Ehud Riesenberg Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Riesenberg joined Schema In 2006, first serving as Technology Director before continuing to his current position as the company’s CTO. Mr. Riesenberg brings comprehensive knowledge of wireless voice and data communications and over 11 years of engineering experience with CDMA, 1x, 1xEvDO, GSM, GPRS, UMTS, and HSPA cellular technologies. He began his professional career as an optimization engineer in Motorola’s Cellular Infrastructure Group (CIG) where he was involved in CDMA network optimization and tool development. Mr. Riesenberg later joined Orange Israel, a GSM/UMTS Operator, as a Senior Engineer and advanced to the role of Optimization Department Manager in charge of Radio Access Network optimization, where he was responsible for meeting system KPIs goals, optimization strategies, purchases and trials and tool development. Mr. Riesenberg has a BSC in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tel-Aviv (Graduated 1999). Mr. Riesenberg has lectured in multiple cellular conventions around the world including conducting in-depth work seminars for various Operators. |  |

 |  | Andrew Miceli Vice President, Sales NA & General Manager, Schema INC
Andrew Miceli was previously Vice President of Sales for Superconductor Technologies Inc, responsible for selling next generation superconductor based filters and lna’s to wireless operators in North America.
Mr. Miceli was responsible for developing a consultative sales approach with various top wireless operators in order to break existing paradigms, enabling mass deployment of the new technology. Prior to that Mr. Miceli held various strategic marketing and sales engineering management positions at Wavetek, which would later become Acterna, focused on test equipment solutions for the wireless industry. Earlier in his career, he worked in service engineering roles with Anritsu. Mr. Miceli served and trained in the United States Army working on air defense radars as well as intelligence gathering electronics.
Mr. Miceli has a B.Sc. in Business Management from Letourneau University and is the author of two technical books:

 |  | Shmulik Nowik Vice President, Research & Development
Mr. Nowik has been with Schema since 2003, leading Schema’s Algorithms team between 2005 and 2008. Prior to working at Schema, Mr. Nowik held various R&D management roles, such as Algorithms Team Leader, Software Team Leader, and Product Manager for a number of technology companies last of which was Millimetrix Broadband Networks. Prior to this Mr. Nowik served in the IDF in an R&D unit reaching the rank of Captain. During this time he received twice the “Creative Mind” award from the Chief of the Intelligence Force. Mr. Nowik holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Tel-Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University, within the framework of the IDF “Talpiot” Project. |  |
