 |  | Menahem Tirosh Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Schema, Menahem Tirosh was the CEO of Outsmart, a leading company in the Fixed Mobile Convergence arena. Mr. Tirosh`s previous positions include: CEO of TTI-Telecom; CTO and VP of Technology at Orange Israel, where he was responsible for all Network Engineering, Operations and IT activities and Deputy Director of the Cellular Infrastructure Division at Motorola Israel. Before joining the private sector, Mr. Tirosh served approximately 27 years in the Israeli Defense Force, reaching the rank of full colonel, where he was responsible for developing telecommunications systems for the ground forces of the IDF. Mr. Tirosh holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in Advanced Communication Engineering from Ben Gurion University, Israel.

 |  | Andrew Silberstein Chief Operations Officer and President, Schema Inc.
Andrew Silberstein was previously the Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong, with Globecomm Systems Inc. (GSI), a leading supplier of satellite-based telecommunications and Internet systems and services, where he formed part of GSI`s executive management team from start-up through its initial public offering. Mr. Silberstein was responsible for strategic marketing and business development, contract negotiations, customer service and program-management activities. Prior to that Mr. Silberstein held various management positions at California Microwave`s Satellite Transmission Systems division in New York and Hong Kong, where he was responsible for sales, marketing and business development to U.S. common carriers and international telecommunications companies. Earlier in his career, he worked for the consulting firm, Booz Allen & Hamilton, providing technical consulting services. Mr. Silberstein has a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Rutgers University and a M.Sc. in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

 |  | Gennady Shenker Chief Technology Officer
Gennady was previously the Deputy Vice President of Technology for eight years at Partner Israel, where he was responsible for the company’s GSM and UMTS networks, involved in making strategic technological decisions (related to RAN, Transport, Data Communication, added value services, etc.), responsible for management of interdisciplinary tenders opposite venders in Israel and abroad and many more. Prior to this, Gennady served as Vice President of Development and Operations at a startup that developed software called Jigami. Before this, Gennady held a range of positions at Tadiran Communications, which became Alcatel Telecom Israel in 1999. Gennady holds a M.Sc in Electrical Engineering (Communications Department) from Leningrad University, and an MBA from the College of Management in Rishon Letzion. |  |

 |  | Alon Zelzion Vice President and General Manager, EMEA & APAC
Mr. Zelzion brings to Schema over 25 years of experience in a myriad of senior leadership positions including management, sales, marketing, business development and R&D in the high-tech industry. Mr. Zelzion is co-founder of two successful technology companies: Scorpio Communications, a developer of ATM chip and sub-systems, acquired by U.S. Robotics, and Given Imaging Ltd. (Nasdaq: GIVN), the global leader in capsule endoscopy.
Prior to joining Schema, Mr. Zelzion was an Executive VP of Sales at TTI Telecom, a global leading provider of OSS and BSS systems for telecom service providers, General Manager of Hi-G-Tek, a pioneer in active RFID solutions, COO of Vsoft, a developer of innovative client-server software for management and distribution of broadcast-quality video, President of Ace Communications Inc., a developer of data communication and networking systems, and Marketing Manager at Tadiran Telecommunications, a noteworthy developer of private and public telecom equipment.
Mr. Zelzion holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University and a M.Sc. in Engineering from California State University.
