Menahem Tirosh
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Schema, Menahem Tirosh was the CEO of Outsmart, a leading company in the Fixed Mobile Convergence arena. Mr. Tirosh`s previous positions include: CEO of TTI-Telecom; CTO and VP of Technology at Orange Israel, where he was responsible for all Network Engineering, Operations and IT activities and Deputy Director of the Cellular Infrastructure Division at Motorola Israel. Before joining the private sector, Mr. Tirosh served for 27 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, reaching the rank of full colonel, where he was responsible for developing telecommunications systems for the ground forces of the IDF. Mr. Tirosh holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in Advanced Communication Engineering from Ben Gurion University, Israel.
 
 

Andrew Miceli
Vice President, Sales NA & General Manager, Schema INC

Andrew Miceli was previously Vice President of Sales for Superconductor Technologies Inc, responsible for selling next generation superconductor based filters and lna’s to wireless operators in North America.    Mr. Miceli was responsible for developing a consultative sales approach with various top wireless operators in order to break existing paradigms, enabling mass deployment of the new technology. Prior to that Mr. Miceli held various strategic marketing and sales engineering management positions at Wavetek, which would later become Acterna, focused on test equipment solutions for the wireless industry. Earlier in his career, he worked in service engineering roles with Anritsu. Mr. Miceli served and trained in the United States Army working on air defense radars as well as intelligence gathering electronics.  
Mr. Miceli has a B.Sc. in Business Management from Letourneau University and is the author of two technical books:  
The Wireless Technician’s Handbook, First and Second Editions published by Artech House.

Shmulik Nowik
Vice President, Research & Development

Mr. Nowik has been with Schema since 2003, leading Schema’s Algorithms team between 2005 and 2008. Prior to working at Schema, Mr. Nowik held various R&D management roles, such as Algorithms Team Leader, Software Team Leader, and Product Manager for a number of technology companies last of which was Millimetrix Broadband Networks. Prior to this Mr. Nowik served in the IDF in an R&D unit reaching the rank of Captain. During this time he received twice the “Creative Mind” award from the Chief of the Intelligence Force.
Mr. Nowik holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Tel-Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University, within the framework of the IDF “Talpiot” Project.

Noam Taragan
Vice President

Mr. Taragan was previously partner and Vice President of Research and Development at Broad Digital, a company specializing in software development, where he managed various software development projects. Prior to this, Mr. Taragan was the Product Development Manager, leading a team responsible for several Billing and Invoicing projects, working with major organizations such as: MIRS, Motorola communications Israel, IBM and more. For the past five years Mr. Taragan has been working at Schema in the Professional Services department prior to becoming VP of R&D.
Mr. Taragan holds a Bachelor`s degree in Computers Science as well as a Bachelor`s in Humanities from Tel Aviv University.

Gennady Shenker
Chief Technology Officer

Gennady was previously the Deputy Vice President of Technology for eight years at Partner Israel, where he was responsible for the company’s GSM and UMTS networks, involved in making strategic technological decisions (related to RAN, Transport, Data Communication, added value services, etc.), responsible for management of interdisciplinary tenders opposite venders in Israel and abroad and many more. Prior to this, Gennady served as Vice President of Development and Operations at a startup that developed software called Jigami. Before this, Gennady held a range of positions at Tadiran Communications, which became Alcatel Telecom Israel in 1999.
Gennady holds a M.Sc in Electrical Engineering (Communications Department) from Leningrad University, and an MBA from the College of Management in Rishon Letzion.

Yaron Altit
General Manager & Vice President Sales, EMEA

Yaron Altit brings to Schema more than 15 years of experience in leading highly successful international and domestic channel sales and marketing programs, including more than 12 years in various sales management positions in the telecom, datacom, and control plane industries. As General Manager & Vice President Sales EMEA, Altit is responsible for the entire region’s customer-facing functions, including; sales, customer support, pre-sale engineering, business development and regional marketing. Prior to joining Schema, Mr. Altit held several executive positions in a number of telecommunication companies, including; Sales Management, Customer Support and Business Development at Actelis Networks, where he was the General Manager of EMEA Business unit. Previously, Mr. Altit held several sales management positions at Mindspeed Technologies, T-Soft (now Cramer Systems, an Amdocs OSS division) and 3COM.

Amit Samson
Vice President, Human Resources

Amit Samson was previously VP Human Resources at Gilat Satellite Networks, where he was responsible for employee recruitment, training, events, benefits and compensation, and organizational development. Previous positions held include Recruitment Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Elbit Systems and Occupational Psychologist for the Adam Institute.
Mr. Samson holds a bachelor`s degree in psychology and criminology, from Bar-Ilan University, as well as a master`s degree in counseling and occupational psychology from Tel Aviv University.

Anat Zach
Director, Finance

Anat Zach was previously an accountant in the auditing department of KPMG where she was responsible for preparing financial reports and providing financial advice for large-scale customers. She has also edited an Israeli journal that deals with taxes.
Ms. Zach holds a B.A. in Accounting and an LL.B.
