Mr. Menashe Ezra
 
Menashe Ezra is a Managing Director in BRM Capital focused on investments in Communications and Wireless Infrastructure. Menashe has over 20 years of technological and business management experience. Previously, he served as vice president of communication networks at Lucent Technologies. In 1993, he founded and served as CEO of WaveAccess, a company dedicated to development of products for wireless networks. It was acquired by Lucent in 1998. For several years, he was head of the department for Electronic Research in Israelšs Ministry of Defense. Menashe holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
  
Mr. Eyal Kaplan

Mr. Eyal Kaplan joined Walden in October 1994 and is a General Partner of Walden Israel, a venture capital firm. Mr. Kaplan invests primarily in Internet and Telecom start-up companies, serves on the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies in Israel and in the United States, and assists the global funds of Walden in telecom and wireless communication investments. Prior to that, Mr. Kaplan was for a period of four years, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development with Geotek Communications, Inc.
  
William (Bill) Kingsley

Bill Kingsley joined EnerTech Capital with 20 years of broad telecommunication industry experience. Most recently, he was Vice President, Broadband and Internet Services for Lucent Technologies AT&T Customer Business Unit, where he led a start-up team to leverage Lucent`s technologies to meet AT&T Broadband`s needs. Bill previously worked for Comcast Corporation as Vice President - Telecommunications Businesses where he gained extensive experience in the creation of several ventures including residential CLECs, Teleport Communications Group and Sprint PCS. He also worked previously as Director - Business Development for GTE Mobile Comm unications and for Contel Corporation.

Bill received his bachelor`s degree in Business Administration from Lynchburg College and Masters Degree in Telecommunications from George Washington University.
  
Yuval Davidor, Ph.D.
Founder

Dr. Yuval Davidor is the founder of Schema. Previously a scientist in the department of computer science at the Weizmann Institute, Dr. Davidor has an international reputation in the field of evolutionary computation and artificial intelligence. He was a member of the School for Advanced Studies at the Hebrew University and a member of the Weizmann Institute Scientific Council. He is also a board member of leading journals in evolutionary computation and performs other scientific duties for international bodies. Dr. Davidor has authored books and numerous publications and holds several patents in the field of evolutionary computation and optimization. Since 1991, Dr. Davidor has devoted his career to the practical application of innovative optimization technologies in solving intractable problems ranging from defense applications in the air and on the ground, through logistics and telecom. Dr. Davidor holds a bachelor`s degree in Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and a doctorate in Artificial Intelligence from Imperial College, the University of London.
  
Yosi Ben Dov
 
Dr. Ben-Dov served as the CEO of Schema for the last 9 years. He was previously a VP with Amdocs Ltd., a software development company in the telecommunications industry, where he managed over 300 professionals and sold customer care and billing projects to Telecom operators in Europe, the far east and South Africa. Prior to that, Dr. Ben-Dov was Managing Director of the Financial Strategies Group at Prudential Securities in New York. He also was a co-founder and vice president for a start-up company, Carmel Biosensors, which developed a blood glucose sensor for diabetic patients. Dr. Ben-Dov has a B.Sc. in mathematics, economics and statistics from the Hebrew University and a Ph.D. in operations research from the University of California, Berkeley. He taught Operations Research at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and at the Wharton school of Business. He serves as a director on the boards of Carmel Acoustics Ltd. and the Haifa Center for Entrepreneurship.
