Quality Evaluator analyzes network key performance indicators (FER, RxQual, C/I, GPRS CS, EDGE MCS) for current and optimized network plans. Provides engineers with an accurate estimate of network performance prior to implementing the selected optimization plan, and enables operators to "get it right the first time."
Frequency Optimizer enables daily optimization activities including instant allocation of clean frequencies for new sites and automatic frequency planning for complex network architectures such as hierarchical cell structures, dual band and mixed frequency allocation schemes. This reduces engineering overhead and allows one-time complete network planning.
Neighbor List Optimizer identifies missing neighbor relations and removes redundant ones, reducing dropped calls and handoff failure rate.
RAN Feature Optimizer performs local optimization of parameters related to handover, GPRS/EDGE, traffic load balancing and others, maximizing overall network performance.
Modeler automatically exports the optimization results to the operator`s OMC-R without pre-processing the results.
